Around the World in Eighty Days Season 1 is about to take audiences on an amazing journey around the world. David Tennant will play the wise and kind-hearted British gentleman Phileas Fogg, who embarks on the feat of traveling around the world in 80 days because of a daring bet. This new play is re-adapted from Jules Verne's classic novel, bringing audiences a brand new story experience.

During this round-the-world tour, Falk will not only cross the borders of Britain, but also set foot in distant foreign countries, including China. This will be an adventurous journey, and there will be many challenges and adventures waiting for Fogg and his partners.

In addition to David Tennant, young French actor Ibrahim Koma will also play Fogg's loyal servant "Know-it-all", and Leonie Benig will play the story's reporter Abigail Fix. The combination of this team will bring exciting storylines to the audience.

The writing team of the series is composed of Ashley Pharoah and others, and they will present a fascinating story world for the audience. The main director Steve Barron will use his unique perspective and talent to add a lot to the series.

The production companies Slim Film Television and Federation will join forces, and they will use South Africa and Romania as filming locations to bring visual enjoyment to the audience.
