《地海传说》主要讲述了在遥远的远古时代，早期的人类和龙生活在一片土地上，是人和动物和谐共生的美好画面。随着时间不断的推移，人类的野心越来越大，欲望也越来越膨胀，想要在海洋和大地上进行资源开发
然而，作为动物的龙热爱自由，选择了风和火，选择到西方世界进行隐藏，由于人类和龙的志向不同，从此再也没有了交集。突然有一天，人类世界又再一次出现了两条龙。这两条龙相互厮打着，似乎在争斗着什么东西。
