"Hell's Kitchen (US Edition) Season 18" is a European and American competitive reality show, hosted by Gordon Ramsay and Mia Castro, among others. The show was broadcast in Europe and America in 2018, and it belongs to the type of European and American variety shows.

Season 18 of "Hell's Kitchen" (officially titled "Hell's Kitchen" "Rookie vs. Veteran") aired on Fox on September 28, 2018. Gordon Ramsay returns as host and head chef, while season ten winner Christina Wilson and British MasterChef judge James "Jokie" Petrie return as vice-presidents for the red and blue teams respectively. Chef and restaurant general manager Marino Monferrato also continued in that role. In this season's program, there will be fierce competition between eight rookies and eight veteran players. The winner of this season will be given the first opportunity to serve as executive chef at Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen restaurant at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This season is also the third in the past four seasons to have a chef eliminated from service, with no chefs from the winning team eliminated since season 13 and the first since season 12 to have two chefs withdraw quarter. It was also the first quarter in which a chef voluntarily withdrew before the final. Ariel Contreras-Fox, who previously finished third in Season 6, won the contest, making her the sixth consecutive female winner following last season's returning contestant.
