该片讲述的是男主人公在上一届的赌王大赛当中出进了风头，而且赢取了很多的钱之后就开始云游世界，根本就找不到他的踪影，被男主人公打败的对手，不想要这么轻易的放过男主人公，于是决定再一次组织一场界赌王大赛，邀请购入，我特意功能士参加这一次的比赛，同时大陆方面对于男主人公在香港的所作所为感到十分的不满，于是决定让他的女朋友去参加赌王大赛。
