"Storm Harvard Road" is a wake-up call American inspirational movie. The film tells the inspirational story of Liz, a girl from New York, who finally entered Harvard University through hard work. Liz, a girl from a poor family, lives in a slum in New York. Her drug-addicted mother eventually died of AIDS when Liz was fifteen years old, and her father was also sentenced for violating the law. Liz is helpless and can only beg for a living. She and other people with the same fate as herself wander in every corner of this bustling city, living an inhuman and hard life. Growing up in adversity, Liz gradually understands that only knowledge can change her destiny. The poor life did not kill Liz's ambition to make progress and fight hard. For this reason, she found the school, moved the principal's heart with her sincerity, and was able to be admitted in the school. She took classes and worked part-time to earn money. She finished her high school courses, and through hard work, she won a scholarship, which was enough to pay for her university courses. Her goal was to enter Harvard University and completely change her destiny
