两个主人公是一项标榜和平的侦探，他们都拥有十分高超的本领，可以随时变换成假面骑士的模样与敌人展开战斗。为了保护自己所生活城市的秩序，为了让城市当中的人们恢复之前有序的城市生活，这两位主人公踏上了寻找掺杂体的道路，并通过自己的努力打败了掺杂体。但掺杂体的嚣张气焰愈演愈烈，对于假面骑士的警告熟视无睹。最终的结果可想而知，邪恶的力量终将被消灭，正义的力量终将会被高高举起。
