该片讲述的是在中国民国初年一个位于北京的八大胡同青楼中，一位青楼女子季京世作品的万人叫好，不过这个女子的心有所属，是一个大户人家的三少爷，经过了种难与挫折，终于嫁入霍家，不过新郎官却变成了死去的霍家二少爷，离奇的是没过多久女子竟然怀孕，一时间流言四处扩散，认为这是一个鬼胎，整个家族上下都十分的害怕，在不久之后，家族惨遭灭门。
