从前有一个神秘的传说传说中国境内有一个老龙王，他在睡觉的时候，眼睫毛上能够长出茶叶并且老龙王把法律封印在龙排里边并把这样的力量于是黑魔法师起企图恶意与恶毒的女巫结合起来，将白法师和他的女儿关进了不同的监狱里面让他们在里面受苦，企图让老龙王称服于他们结果没想到的是为了保护老龙王眼睫毛产下的茶叶他们把龙骨牌藏到了一个没有人知道的地方于是再也没有人为老龙王修理睫毛随着时间的慢慢增长，老龙王的睫毛逐渐的变长并且加重，使得老龙王中不起眼于是老龙王便陷入了深深的沉睡之中在英国的绘画厅内，有一位绘画老师发现了俄国沙皇竟然是冒牌的决心前往东方地区寻找真正的沙王途中偶遇了白魔法师的女儿，她们一起结伴出行，依靠白魔法师和真正的沙皇的帮助他们获得的龙牌最终战胜了邪恶的力量守护了自己的国家
