《梦魇绝镇》是一部科幻恐怖类的影片，主要讲述了在当地有一个小镇当中，总是会被一股奇怪的力量所控制，最后整个小镇不得不变成只进不出的模式。这个镇的一些规则也就直接告诉了生活在这里的人们，即便是在路上赶路的路人，只要行经一棵横倒的大树，看见天空中的渡鸦，就会发现自己进入一座天黑以后有怪物出没的小镇，无论如何也不会找到出路
