该影片主要讲述一个秘密的特种部队的故事，代号是：呼叫信号“风暴使者”。这个特种部队主要任务是渗透到现代伊拉克最野蛮的地区进行救援 。特种部队在武装分子手里营救了一名记者，随后特种小队带着女记者一起撤退。原本他们能快速撤退到基地，但是面对村庄中的无辜居民可能面对恐怖分子的血洗，是留下来保护手无寸铁的民众还是以完成拯救记者的任务为目标直接撤退不管民众的死活。虽然是一场拯救行动，同时也是一场更为现实的生存考验，最终特种部队的选择是：和人民站在一起对抗任何敌人。这部电影有最激烈的战争场景，但更想表达的是战争不是让人性走开，而是让人性留下来，哪怕可能留下来的是自己的生命。

The film mainly tells the story of a secret special forces, code-named: call signal "Stormbringer". The main task of this special forces unit is to infiltrate and rescue the most savage areas of modern Iraq. The special forces rescued a reporter from the militants, and then the special team retreated with the female reporter. Originally, they could quickly retreat to the base, but faced with the possibility that innocent residents in the village may face the bloodbath of terrorists, should they stay to protect the unarmed people or retreat directly with the goal of completing the task of saving the journalists regardless of the lives of the people. Although it is a rescue operation, it is also a more realistic test of survival. In the end, the choice of the special forces is: to stand with the people against any enemy. This movie has the most intense war scenes, but what I want to express more is that war is not to let humanity go away, but to let humanity stay, even if it may be one's own life.
