《上海正午》又称龙旋风、西域威龙（台湾）、赎金之王（香港），英文名叫做Shanghai Noon ，是由汤姆·戴伊导演执导，Miles Millar 担任编剧，博伟国际出品，由成龙、欧文·威尔逊、刘玉玲等人主演的一部片长110分钟的动作喜剧片。于2000年5月23日在美国正式上映。《上海正午》主要讲述了刘玉玲饰演的清帝国格格佩佩被绑到美国，皇帝只好派遣三名大内高手带着大批黄金去赎回格格，成龙饰演的江威虽然不是其中的一名，他却作为替翻译官叔叔拿行李的名号，跟着一起去美国。在路上，江威一行遇到了强盗，把他们打得落花流水，但他自己也落难在沙漠中，在沙漠中他救了因抢劫失败被逐出团伙的由欧文·威尔逊饰演的罗伊，两人经历了一系列的事，两人一起踏上了营救公主的旅途
