这部综艺节目有三位音乐合伙人共同来发现和培养中国未来乐队的新生力量，对于中国未来流行音乐的走向以及发展挖掘最有潜力的未来之星
在节目当中，三人组建了一个新的梦想乐队，每一个人都在乐队当中发挥出自己关键的力量，要组建这支乐队三位和来自全世界60余位优秀的小伙伴在音乐当中进行探讨，同时各位乐手在三位合伙人的帮助下，通过比赛当中不断的拆分，捆绑和重组，最终找到自己志同道合的队友，组建一支属于自己的专属乐队，然而在重组和拆分过程当中，所遇到的问题也是困难重重，双方无论是对音乐的理解还是观念都有所不同，所以需要找到自己志同道合的队友是一件非常困难的事情，既要让对方和自己在音乐的理解上共通，还需要在演唱过程当中相互默契配合。
