In the film, Tessa is a good student, a respectful and obedient daughter and a loyal girlfriend. When Tessa entered the university campus, she started a new life with great ambitions, and met the mysterious, dark, repressed and rebellious Harding. Harding, a man with tousled brown hair, a British accent and tattoos, was nothing like anyone Tessa had ever known. As cute as he is, he also has a rough and even cruel side. Harding's attitude was enough to make Tessa hate him, and she did. However, Tessa's passion was ignited after the two shared a room and kissed.
Harding disappears again and again, insisting that they are not the same kind of people. Tessa, however, digs deeper each time, working to find the truth beneath Harding's lies.
