有三家电影公司宣布进行一次全新的合作，他们一起制作一部影片，名字就叫《26种死法》，这部影片与众不同之处就是，影片将会由26个短片所组成，每一部短片的名字就是26个字母中的开头字母，为了达到最佳的创作效果，他们将会遴选26位不同的导演来拍摄短片，这些导演来自世界上的不同国家，其中日本导演还在几个短片中担纲
