《BIG》是一部爱情喜剧类型的韩国电视剧。这部电视剧一共有16集，每集的播放时间长度为65分钟。在2012年6月4号首次播出，采用全新的电视剧题材，因为一次意外使得男主人公的灵魂转换，之后发生了一系列的搞笑故事
徐允是一位30多岁的医生，却有着18岁的灵魂。另一个18岁少年姜景俊因为灵魂转换和徐允交换灵魂。灵魂交换之后徐允四处打听找到了江景峻正在接受治疗的医院，却看到自己的照片出现在医院的大屏幕上。这家医院正式之前徐允工作的单位。徐允的未婚妻也因为徐允性格突然发生巨大的变化而遭受了一系列的经历。两位男主人公因为不熟悉自己身边的人际关系导致很多糗事发生，最终两人解开灵魂交换的秘密，属于自己的灵魂重新回到身体之中。

Xu Yun is a doctor in his 30s, but he has an 18-year-old soul. Another 18-year-old Jiang Jingjun exchanged souls with Xu Yun because of soul transformation. After the soul exchange, Xu Yun inquired around and found the hospital where Jiang Jingjun was being treated, but saw his own photo appearing on the big screen of the hospital. This hospital was officially the unit where Xu Yun worked before. Xu Yun's fiancée also suffered a series of experiences because of the sudden and huge change in Xu Yun's personality. Because the two male protagonists are not familiar with the interpersonal relationship around them, many embarrassing things happened. In the end, the two unlocked the secret of soul exchange, and their own souls returned to their bodies.
