李世民（房祖名饰）和梅晓阳（林继东饰）、高仁杰（赵擎饰）既是同事也是好友，他们都在一家宠物医院工作，只有李世民还是单身，其他两个人早已结婚生子，按常理来说，应该是两位已婚同事来给李世民出主意想办法，结果刚好相反，李世民经常给两位好友出点子去泡妹
三个寂寞的男人在工作中结识了美女冬花（邢珊饰），李世民在得知冬花还有两位漂亮的闺蜜后，便精心布局认识了雅雯（张娜拉饰）和白白（沈陶然饰），三个人各自寻找自己的猎物，李世民喜欢上了白白，高仁杰和雅雯搞在了一起，梅晓阳则和冬花擦出了火花。
一夜激情过后，三个男人各怀心腹事，高仁杰在妻子吉吉（石琳饰）和情人雅雯之间游走奔波乐此不疲；李世民和白白陷入热恋之中无法自拔，梅晓阳和冬花却因为意外而陷入了冷战，这也只是游戏爱情的开始，接下来麻烦会不断袭来。
