这部影片主要讲述了国际慈善机构香港分部的总干事，同时也是一位知名的牧师杜天明，拥有出色的口才，并且浑身散发着男性魅力，深受广大信徒的喜爱，前途一片光明。之后公司新来一个助理米雪儿，和杜天明互生好感，但是身份有别，一直没结果，就在杜天明即将被调离香港，被派英国前，两人单独吃完晚餐后，开车夜行，情不自禁进行热吻，不料过后米雪儿竟以性骚扰罪名把杜天明告上法庭，最后杜天明身败名裂，离开宗教，而蜜雪儿则沉迷宗教，直到5年之后两人重逢，发现他们二人心中并未放下过往。
