The film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Matsumoto Koji. The film tells the story of high school student Ming's elder brother Du disappeared two years later, he and his friends came to a mysterious island, trying to find the whereabouts of Du. However, wherever they went, they found that the village had been taken over by monsters. In order to save Ben, they must embark on a terrifying and bizarre adventure. In the process, Ming experienced a series of horrific events and uncovered the secrets of this mysterious island.
