Sanctuary is a horror film directed by Ciaran Foy starring Umi Masaku and James Cosmo. The film tells the story of Tommy's wife who is forced to leave their homeland after giving birth to a child full of bloodthirsty desires. As the source of the evil continues to fester, Tommy must face all the horrors lurking deep within the castle. During his exploration, he encountered many dangers and obstacles, and had to try his best to escape from this horrible and bloody place. The film scares with twists and turns and creepy visuals , bringing an extremely terrifying experience to the audience. While some scenes in the film may be overly gory and brutal, they do add to the film's tension and believability. Overall, Shelter is a gripping horror film , emphasizing the close connection between family and kinship, and exploring the dark side of human nature.
