Terrorists occupied the Eiffel Tower and planned to blow it up with a hydrogen bomb, in order to blackmail the government into agreeing to their unreasonable demands. Female reporter Louis went deep into the tiger's den regardless of danger in order to obtain the Privileges, but was discovered by terrorists. At the critical moment, Superman appeared in the falling elevator and rescued Louis, and sent the elevator with the hydrogen bomb into space, saving the Eiffel Tower and the whole of Paris. The hydrogen bomb exploded in space, just in time to free General Zack's three imprisoned villains. The three generals of Zac came to the earth, raged wildly in a small town, declared war on Superman, and attempted to rule the earth

Clark has lost all of Superman's abilities and has become an ordinary person who is in love with his girlfriend Louise. Under such unfavorable conditions, the U.S. government can only beg for mercy in the face of the crazy General Zach.
