This play is adapted from the novel of the same name. Another name of this play is "San Francisco Story". The heroine of the story is an independent woman with strong career ambitions. In order to pursue continuous success in her career, she abandoned her husband and daughter. After 20 years, she returned to her hometown to reunite with her husband and daughter. She managed to escape the mid-life crisis brought about by the seemingly perfect life in Connecticut, but she was quickly drawn back to the family she had chosen back then.

In this garden, there are three interesting families living, one is a happy family with five people . One is the newlyweds who are just married, and the neighbor of the newlyweds is the home of the protagonist of the story. The whole play intersperses the descriptions of the warm stories of each family. With the addition of some descriptions of the characters involved in the story, a warm and unique urban story is formed. This play is full of nostalgia, told along the old version of the plot, the short stories of the parents are both ordinary and interesting.
