One late night, he gets a call from a scary Southern stranger telling him his girlfriend is dead. For him, the concept of "girlfriend" is far from him. However, he did have an affair with a young woman named Abilene. Soon after, he traveled to rural Texas to attend Abilene's funeral. Abilene's brother Ty believes his sister was murdered and asks Ben to join him in revenge. Therefore, Ben in a strange place helps investigate the cause of the girl's death on the one hand, and on the other hand learns podcasting from scratch, sharing his experiences and feelings at any time.
