韩国出现了一个行踪诡异的盗窃高手，每次动能将富豪李正民精心藏匿的财物找到并洗劫一空。李正民是一个手眼通天黑白通吃的财阀，他气急败坏的发誓要把这个神秘高手生擒住。 一个生活拮据但是刚正不阿的检察官（成东日 饰）查到了李正民，发现了他通过暴力手段和贿赂官员进行垄断市场的罪行，李正民知道后便通过拉拢威胁检察官，让他帮助自己去调查偷走巨款的神秘人物。李正民通过调查，发现神秘人有可能是检察官的妹夫洪武赫（李凡秀饰）的身上，但是洪武赫只是一个温文尔雅的钢琴教师。 原来，洪武赫一家是古代侠盗洪吉童的十八代传人，洪吉童技巧高超惩奸除恶劫富济贫，是穷苦百姓心中的大英雄，他的遗志就是偷来的东西都要用于穷人，于是洪武赫一家白天是不同角色的人，但是晚上就会化身侠盗。 A master thief appeared in South Korea with a strange whereabouts. A prosecutor (played by Cheng Dong Il) who was struggling but upright found Li Zhengmin, After discovering his crime of monopolizing the market through violence and bribing officials, Li Zhengmin threatened the prosecutor by wooing him to help him investigate the mysterious person who stole a huge sum of money. Through investigation, Li Zhengmin found that the mysterious person may be the prosecutor's brother-in-law Hong Wuhe (played by Li Bunxiu), but Hong Wuhe is just a gentle and elegant piano teacher. It turns out that the Hong Moo-hyuk family is the eighteenth generation descendant of Hong Gil-dong, an ancient thief. He is a great hero in the hearts of the poor. His last wish is to use all stolen things for the poor. Therefore, Hong Wuhe's family has different roles during the day, but they will become thieves at night.
