《第一次》是由韩延自编自导的爱情电影。影片讲述了两个年轻男女之间浪漫而又忧伤的爱情故事。宋诗乔是一个特别的女孩，与母亲相依为命的她从小患有一种不能激烈运动的疾病，一旦超过一定的负荷，就有可能危及生命。但是宋诗乔最大的梦想就是跳舞，她常常幻想自己能够走上舞台尽情地完成自己的梦想。由于生病的原因，宋诗乔性格内向，不善表达，她常常把自己内心的秘密说给录音机听。而母亲郑晴最大的愿望则是让女儿体验一下恋爱的感觉。一次偶然的机会里，宋诗乔和高中同学宫宁相遇，两个年轻人相互吸引，很快陷入了热恋。宋诗乔还帮助宫宁缓和了紧张的父子关系。在宫宁的鼓励下，宋诗乔在舞台上尽情地绽放了自己的舞姿，只是令人痛惜的，宋诗乔最后还是倒在了舞台上。
"First Time" is a love movie written and directed by Han Yan. The film tells a romantic and sad love story between two young men and women. Song Shiqiao is a special girl. She has been dependent on her mother since she was a child and suffers from a disease that prevents vigorous exercise. Once the load exceeds a certain level, it may be life-threatening. But Song Shiqiao's biggest dream is to dance, and she often fantasizes that she can go on stage and fulfill her dream heartily. Due to illness, Song Shiqiao is introverted and not good at expressing.
