"Tokyo Sex and Death HD" is a Japanese film directed by Takahisa Sease, starring Yuji Ishikawa. The film takes the director's thinking about death as the theme, and unfolds a repeated thinking and comparison by recalling the scars in growing up and realistic situations full of death atmosphere (such as the Tokyo subway gas incident)

The film ponders a question: In our lives, which time period is longer, before birth or after death? Driven by this question, the film enters into the myth of physical life and death. The story begins with the death of the male protagonist Kenji in a sarin gas attack; two years later, his girlfriend Haruko also encounters the client "Reaper" (this is the opening two scenes of the film), as well as the mistress and the girl shared by the three. Grim Reaper comes looking for them with different faces, and the real order is sex, death and love. The film adopts the so-called "pink eiga" (feature film) format, and by showing the true image and inner feelings of sex, it intends to awaken the audience: in fact, we are all "insiders".

Until the moment of death, you can decide how to live. The movie places these two sentences in the orgasm. "Tokyo Sex and Death" tries to present the true nature of sex, death and love in a naked way, leading the audience to think. It breaks through the traditional way of dealing with sex, trying to arouse the audience's thinking about the relationship between life and death.
