Antichrist is a 2009 thriller film directed by Danish director Lars von Trier. tells the psychological and physical horror of a couple in the forest

The film begins with a couple having sex while their son falls to his death from a window. The event plunges the heroine (William Dafoe) into deep grief, while her husband (Jean-Joullot Pique) tries to psychologically restore her to normal. Things went from bad to worse for the heroine, however. She began to have fears and hallucinations of evil forces in the trees and natural surroundings. The husband and wife decide to take a vacation to a remote cabin, hoping to heal the heroine's trauma. But, in this remote cabin, they discover some terrible truths. Both the husband and wife suffered terrible psychological and physical damage, and the heroine even became cruel and violent, inflicting violence on her husband and attempting to kill him. In the end, the film ends with a horrific ending, leaving the audience with room for thought.
