The story of the film begins with the world's top 500 companies and various contemporary IT companies holding large-scale job fairs in colleges and universities. The protagonist Wu Yue is an excellent graduate student, both of his parents died and he brought his younger brother, Lin Shaoting, a bohemian rich second generation, Su Xiaoman, a school bully with a happy family, and so on. Everyone has their own story and unique personality, and these people are brought together because of this job fair. These several people entered the same company at the same time to obtain half a year of internship experience. Afterwards, several companions experienced various things in the company and worked together to face different challenges. Facing the test of family, love and friendship, everyone gains happiness through constant experience and starts a new life.
