电影《飞女四人组》讲述了亚男为了养活兄弟姐妹而在酒吧工作的艰辛生活，以及她与三个不同性格的女孩组成的四人组的故事
亚男是一个为了家人奋斗的坚强女孩，她在酒吧辛勤工作，用自己的收入来维持兄弟姐妹的学业。与她一起住的是珊珊，一个靠小偷小摸度日的女孩。娃娃是一个懂事的学生，但她的男友却欺骗了她，让她陷入怀孕的困境。思佳则是一个失去母亲的女孩，她一直依赖着父亲，认为母亲在父亲心中是不可替代的存在。
一天晚上，思佳回家后偶然发现父亲早在三年前就有了别的女人。受到打击的她决定离家出走，并暂时住在亚男的家里。娃娃因怀孕而找到亚男帮忙决定堕胎，然而意外发生，娃娃因大出血不幸离世。这场悲剧让亚男心痛不已，决定为娃娃报仇。

Yanan is a strong girl who fights for her family. She works hard in the bar and uses her income to support her siblings' education . Living with her is Shanshan, a girl who lives by petty theft. Doll is a sensible student, but her boyfriend cheated on her and got her into trouble with her pregnancy. Scarlett is a girl who has lost her mother. She has always relied on her father and believes that her mother is an irreplaceable existence in her father's heart.
One night, when Scarlett came home, she accidentally discovered that her father had another woman three years ago. Shocked, she decided to run away from home and temporarily live in Yanan's house. Waowa asks Ya Nan to help her decide to have an abortion because she is pregnant, but an accident happens, Waowa dies due to heavy bleeding. This tragedy made Yanan heartbroken and decided to avenge the baby.
