《回到爱开始的地方》是由台湾导演林孝谦执导的爱情、文艺电影。影片讲述了一位台湾老人的初恋故事。纪雅晴是一位旅游杂志的编辑，在北京过着朝九晚五的白领生活，工作的压力让她时常感到疲惫，与男朋友的关系也不温不火，以至于马上就要举行婚礼了 ，纪雅晴反倒有些踌躇了。这时，她接到一个去云南普洱采风的任务，便迫不及待地飞了过去，似乎是想逃避现有的一切。台湾画家许念祖深受爷爷疼爱，但是常常因为工作而不能多陪陪老爷子，因此，决定去往普洱为爷爷寻找初恋女友，圆了爷爷多年的梦想，算是对爷爷爱自己的补偿。就这样，两个本来毫不相干的人在云南普洱不期而遇，更为巧合地是，他们要寻找的，竟是同一个人，于是 两人携手开始了一段寻爱之旅
