故事的主角还是马丁，可是马丁却不是穿越到2015年，而是回到了1955年。他找到了好朋友埃米博士在1885年留下的信件，并找到了他制作的时光机，他本来以为可以坐着时光机回到未来却意外发现了窗边有博士的墓碑，原来博士在留下那封信之后，不久就被坏人发现，抢种时光机并遭到了杀害。马丁不忍心自己的好朋友就这样死去，他根据70年前的这封信，决心拯救艾米尔他和1955年的博士找到了时光机，他藏在一个隐秘的矿洞之中，他们挖了很久，终于把时光机挖了出来，根据博士的指引，马丁和时光机一起来到了1885年的西部在这里遇见了犯罪团伙揭露了他们的阴谋，并和他们展开了一场殊死搏斗，最后马丁赢过了他们成功拯救了博士的性命。
