"Family Recruitment" is a Japanese drama starring Shigeoka Taitake, Kimura Fumino, Nakano Taiga, Kishii Yukino It will be produced in Japan in 2021, directed by Ryosuke Fukuda and Yoshiaki Murao, with 9 episodes in total.

The story tells the life of single fathers and single mothers with different worries and secrets. It is a warm story of raising children together under the same roof and getting along like a family.

The protagonist Akagi Toshihei (played by Shigeoka Taiyi) changed three months ago. As a single father, he is responsible for living alone with his five-year-old son. Facing various challenges and difficulties in parenting, he feels exhausted. One day, he ran into his childhood friend Sosuke Oyamauchi (played by Nakano Taiga) by chance. Cangjie took the initiative to post a "family recruitment" advertisement on social networking sites, hoping to find like-minded people to form a family together. Attracted by this strange idea, Junping starts a new life with Cangsuke.

Under the influence of the ad, they met other single-parent family members, including Elementary school teacher's single mother Momota Rei (Kimura Fumino), and singer-songwriter Yokoze (Kishi Yukino) who is chasing her dream, and their respective children.
