Film Midwife follows budding midwife Matthew Bunding (Darren Boyd) Experienced a kind of rebirth, he gave up his career as a police officer in his 30s, hoping to find something more meaningful.

Matthew is warm and kind by nature, so he is obviously not suitable to be a policeman. He started his first job as a junior midwife at East Hill Park Maternity Hospital. In the new team, Matthew quickly integrated and left a deep impression on the players.
