《惊蛰》是一部故事情节比较烧脑的国产谍战剧，这部剧主要讲的是发生在新中国刚建立不久的上世纪五十年代，三位有着不同身份的异性兄弟，同仇敌忾共同追击日本间谍的故事，剧中的几位主要人物都有着多重身份，人物关系也是错综复杂，整部剧都在传达着，在面对真假混淆且危机重重的环境下，三位主角共同为了守护国家安全而视死如归的革命精神。
这部剧主要讲述的在上世纪五十年代初，春城公安局侦查科的陆凯与我党安插在敌特内部的情报员曹创以及国民党军统局的崔圣文三位国共两党的异性兄弟的故事，他们为了守护民族大义，放下不同的政治地位，团结一心、同仇敌忾，合作追查日本间谍“麻雀”以及他在日军七三一病毒部队作恶多端的父亲，势要为被他们害死的同胞们讨回公道。
