"Beautiful Thief" is a love action movie released by China Star Entertainment Co., Ltd., which was released in Hong Kong, China on February 14, 2001. The film is directed by Huo Yaoliang, starring Julian Cheung, Shu Qi, Kelly Lin, Maggie Mak and others

The film tells the story of the beautiful goddess Cat (played by Shu Qi) and the handsome thief Zi Yang (played by Zhang Zhilin) who fell in love at first sight at a private ball. And partnered to steal a ruby. Later, Cat accidentally met the beautiful Octopus (Kelly Lin), who was attacked at a party at her home. Together, they repel the attackers and obtain a disk with Jan calling for help.

It turned out that Young promised the Russian Mafia to steal the latest invention of the United States, the "Computer Virus Almighty Release System" (K.T.V for short). However, after the operation failed, Jan was kidnapped by the Mafia. The Russian side threatened Cat and asked her to steal K.T.V within 7 days to replace her, otherwise Yang would be killed. It turned out that Young was originally a member of the Russian Mafia. Faced with this situation, Cat and the other "Seven Thieves" can only join forces against the Mafia.
