《流淌的美好时光》是一部国产都市青春爱情剧。该剧根据小说改编，主要讲的是齐铭与发小易遥青梅竹马，从小一块长大，随着时间的流逝两人产生了感情，后来历家庭变化和职场等一系列的事情后终于走到了一起的故事。该剧于2019年7月1日在湖南卫视金鹰独播剧场首播
影片中齐铭和易遥是邻居。齐铭一直保护着易遥，后来两人长大成人。易遥在这个过程中被病情误诊，齐铭为了她一直忙前忙后，原来是虚惊一场。大学毕业之后，回到弄堂，正好赶上拆迁，他们只能搬离这个从小一起长大的地方，没过多久齐铭和易遥终于走到一起。但是因为工作二人不得不选择分手。青春有美好的回忆，也有遗憾，齐铭和易遥，顾森西，顾森湘，各自追逐梦想，后来都走到了一起。
