The movie "Farewell to Los Angeles" takes place in a prosperous commercial city, Liangguo Luocheng. In this city, there are two major business families, the Jiang family and the Cheng family. The owner of the Jiang family is Jiang Dahu, and the owner of the Cheng family is Cheng Qing.
