电视剧主要讲述了，三个社会地位不同，社会面貌也不同的人。在一件案件中，因为都有着的或多或少的原因，彼此被牵扯进来，相遇相识。他们在命运的捉弄下，都想着尝试挣脱命运的愚弄，逃离荒谬的人生迷宫，也凸显了电视剧名字。但是彼此都不过是命运的棋子，谁又可以成功逃离，在这样荒谬的世界上，三人就像陷入迷宫的蚂蚁一样。在迷宫中揭露自己人性的阴暗，试图脱离迷宫的束缚。
