Destiny Rush: Jam Sequel is a dramatic and emotional film about the twist of fate of former enka singer Hiroshi Yokoyamada (played by Sho Aoyagi). After seeing his former assistant Minatomachi Takashi (played by SWAY) on TV singing "MASAKO" which he didn't like, Hiroshi Yokoyama decided to take the song back from Takashi. However, due to some reasons, they accidentally became a "master-student combination", and the intertwining of fate began to unfold. The idea came from Takeru (played by Keita Machida) who wanted to wake up his unconscious lover. As the president of the entertainment agency, he proposed a unique plan to save his girlfriend in the hospital bed. In this plan, he united Yokoyamada Hiroshi and Minato Town Takashi, hoping to arouse his girlfriend's consciousness through music. This plan not only changed the relationship between them, but also brought them closer under the common goal.
