在结合实际生活的同时，想要去呈现一些超越自然的灵异现象。于是他和他的团队一起来到了一家当地的精神病院。这家精神病院曾经接受过上千名的患者。但由于在20世纪60年代时出现冷一些不可描述的灵异现象，而被迫关闭。
这家精神病院当中出现的闹鬼现象，也让人们疑惑不已。于是他和他的团队就打算探个究竟，通过摄像机和精准机器来寻找鬼魂的蛛丝马迹。
