《你是我的一束光》是2022年上映的一部国产电影。主人公穆随心是一位音乐人，在职场上不被领导重用没有发挥的余地，在情场上被女友抛弃。职场上和情场上都受打击的穆随心，一路开车前往云南，准备放松自己，放空自己，希望自己能够找到创作的灵感。在去往云南的路上，不随心遇到了女强人彭彭。彭彭也是一位单身妈妈极具音乐天赋，她也是因为工作不顺心前往云南散心的人。后来，在两人的相处过程当中，彭彭被热情仗义的穆随心感动，答应登台演出。彭彭的丈夫是孙雨桐是一名乡村扶贫干部，常年在基层工作。所在的乡村遭受了大雨的袭击，遇到了洪灾，孙雨桐不幸牺牲。最终，穆随心组成了一个女团，并成功登台演出
