李妍采（金宣儿饰）自小与母亲相依为命，多年来努力存钱，希望能够找到一个好男人结婚，然后买房子给母亲。在旅行社 Line Tour 工作了十年的妍采，由于担心中年失业，只好对上司唯命是从，并且忍受着同事们各种的刁难。某天，她发现自己患上了末期癌症，生命只剩下六个月的时间，于是毅然决定辞去工作，好好地享受余下的人生
妍采前往冲绳旅行时，遇到了前来出差的 Line Tour 本部长智旭（李栋旭饰），他将她误认为是导游。于是妍采以导游的身份，与智旭展开了一段愉快的旅程。后来智旭发现了妍采的真实身份，但在短短的两天相处中，他渐渐被妍采所吸引。智旭一直过着父亲所编排的人生，虽然生活富裕无忧，但内心十分空虚，直到遇见妍采，生命才渐渐有了色彩
