《平凡的荣耀》是2020年9月4日在东方卫视首播的一部国产都市职场剧。这部影片由吕行作为导演，赵又廷，白敬亭作为主演拍摄。影片是翻拍自韩剧未生，主要内容讲述一个常年不得的重用的一位投资公司经理人，与初入职场的新晋菜鸟在金融领域方面的职场故事。
本片男主是一个金融资本投资公司的经理人。这位经理人在生活中是有着桀骜不驯的性格，经常由于不善于自己的上司相处产生一些间隙。所以在工作当中没有能够得到公司的重用，偶然间公司突然空降了一个学历普通，没有任何工作经验的实习生进入到这位经理人的部门。面对这种空降人员这位经理人表示不愿意接受，不过在关键的时期，这位实习生为公司留下了一个重要的客户，也让自己赢得了一个关键的试用时期。

The hero of this film is the manager of a financial capital investment company.
