《亲爱的吾兄》是一部古装奇幻喜剧爱情片。这部电视剧主要讲述了女主角在寻找哥哥的过程当中结识了另外两位哥哥的故事。女主角是一个长相乖巧精灵古怪的小女生，头脑中经常会冒出一些古怪的想法，同时天资聪颖，可以靠智慧化解许多的困难。在寻找自己哥哥的路途当中，女主角意外的落到了一个与人世间不同的仙侠世界
在这个仙侠世界当中，女主角结识了魔尊时冬以及玉华派太上老祖后池，他们都非常的喜欢女主角机灵的性格，并且自愿帮助女主角寻找她的哥哥。于是三个人一起展开了寻哥之旅。在朝夕相处之下，两位陌生的哥哥对这个小妹妹产生了特殊的感情，三个人之间展开了一系列令人啼笑皆非却又十分温暖的故事。
