刘丹，吴九祥和邱林三个人刚刚从监狱的大门当中出来，这三个人看起来似乎凶神恶煞，但是这三个人经过了监狱的改造，已经改过自新，重新做人，在出狱之后他们遇到了吴久秀
吴久秀曾经是羽毛球场上叱咤风云的知名人物，但是在退出羽毛球生涯之后，吴久秀的生活过得并不如意，经过了生活的摸爬滚打之后，吴久秀的信心慢慢被磨没了，吴久秀已经没有勇气再次回到羽毛球场中。遇到刚刚出狱的三个人之后，吴久秀就想要教导这三个人，让这三个人组成一个羽毛球团队。三个人也非常刻苦的进行锻炼，因为他们知道自己的身份，如果再不努力，这一辈子都没有办法翻身，在这个过程当中遭到了很多人的反对，尤其是一个不良大老板经常干扰球队的正常训练，但是他们都坚持了下来，最后在大赛当中还取得了不错的成绩。
