"Bug of the Century" is a film starring Chanya McCrory, Wu Yige, Benjamin Joseph Varney Waiting for the starring role, a film co-directed by Charité Crillia de Monkon and Pafim Wang Jinda. The film tells the story of a young woman who has just returned from abroad and is forced to quarantine in a hotel when she suddenly encounters a monster that can change shape according to the individual it attacks. The concept of the story is inspired by the legendary Badayan story during the period of King Rama V of Thailand.

Bug of the Century combines this legend with the real-life isolation and panic to present a gripping story.

The film explores the trust between people through the transformation ability of monsters , fears and doubts. The heroine in isolation is faced with the dilemma of not being able to distinguish between the real and the fake. She doesn't know whether the people around her are real or credible. This psychological state not only exacerbates the tense atmosphere, but also reflects people's fear of the strange and the unknown in real life.
