The movie "The Temptation of Puberty" tells the story of a 16-year-old high school student Hideo Aiwa (played by Atsushi Ninomiya). This story takes Yingnan as the protagonist and shows how he, as a dull and introverted boy, faces the confusion of puberty and the impact of hormones. In search of a way to vent, Yingnan joins a unique society - the "Romance Club", and the club's primary goal is to stick to virginity

At the age of adolescence, people often face many challenges and changes, physical and psychological development brings them new experiences and feelings. Yingnan was no exception, he fell into a state of contradiction. He yearns for the freedom to explore his inner world, but is limited by society's expectations and his introverted personality.

By joining the "romance club", Yingnan finds a way to share and communicate with his peers. In this club, he met a group of like-minded friends who all faced similar problems and challenges as Yingnan. In this special community, they support each other, share stories and experiences, and work together towards the seemingly outlandish goal of remaining a virgin.

However, this club is not simply a collection of sexual experiences. In the process of in-depth communication and mutual understanding, Yingnan and his friends gradually realized that the exploration of adolescence goes far beyond the sexual level. They find that they also need to face many other problems, such as emotional entanglement, sincere friendship, family changes and so on. These questions make them more mature and understand themselves.
