《宿醉3》是2013年5月23日美国首映的喜剧电影，该片讲述的是周先生抢走黑社会老大马歇尔金砖之后展开的一系列故事，为了寻回金砖马歇尔抓到人质作为要挟，强迫菲尔以及两名助手去寻找周先生，在寻找周先生的过程中，三个临时拼凑的寻找队爆发出了一系列令人捧腹大笑的事件。
剧情刚开始黑帮老大马歇尔金砖被一名自称周先生的人士盗取，男主在前往疗养院的路上，得知自己的好朋友被黑帮袭击并且遭受绑架，黑帮提出的要求是让男主和剩下来的三名朋友一同去寻找周先生，并且将周先生毫发无伤的带回美国，才可救回自己的另一个朋友，否则的话，周先生将无法和自己朋友一同宿醉，至此周先生与三个朋友一同踏上寻找周先生之旅，寻人过程中延伸出了大量搞笑故事。
