这部影片故事衔接上一部事件的4年，之后讲述迈克尔在被公司放无薪假期之时，而休假期间也不允许使用任何的武器，回归平凡人却与孽缘达瑞斯与他的妻子冤家路窄，只能徒手保护他们。影片十分搞笑，有着众多搞笑的事件。影片中也有着不一样的动作戏呈现起来比上一部游之不及，杀手妻子索尼娅，所到之处尸横遍野，充满了血腥与杀戮，以及搞笑。
