段一凡在反黑组的职位顺风顺水，有望成为最年轻的总督察，爱情甜甜蜜蜜，也开始渴望过正常的生活，当一名真正的反黑督察，他想要尽快拜托“东利贸易”的宋先生。
一次在“福和”与“东利”的毒品交易上，两名卧底警察为了自己所维护的正义走上了你死我亡的对峙场面，但其实这场交易是“福和”的话事人为找出双方的叛徒设计的骗局。
