The Tell-Tell Heart is a drama film directed by Michael Costa about a single father, Terry Bernard (J. Lucas) raising his daughter Angela (Beatrice Miller) alone. Terry is deeply in love with his daughter's primary physician, Elizabeth (Lena Headey), but he suddenly begins to experience hallucinations and confusion, one after another becoming a psychotic plasma

The plot of the movie is very fascinating, and the audience will be touched by the deep emotions of the characters. The truth of the story is revealed little by little, and the emotions and relationships of the characters are gradually revealed. The film's starring Josh Lucas and Lena Headey also left a deep impression on the audience. Josh Lucas' excellent acting ability interprets a poor person whose character is deeply affected by phantoms in the film. Lena Headey played a doctor with special skills in the film, showing her contradictory character through the portrayal of ambivalence.

The camera sense, shooting technique and music design of the film are also excellent.
